How to Order

1. Once you have decided on your chosen stationery/favour, the easiest way to place your order is by using the on-line order forms in each section. If you have any queries regarding the forms then please do not hesitate to call us, we will be more than happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone at the same time.

2. We aim to respond to all orders within 48 hours, either by phone or email. When confirming your order, we will also confirm the final price of the order. At this stage, we would appreciate a cheque for the full amount of the order to be sent to us. This avoids any unnecessary hold-ups when your order is completed as we must receive payment before we can dispatch an order.

3. Proofs will be sent to your email if you provide one, or to your delivery address. Layout proofs are free and can be changed as many times as is necessary for you to be happy with them.

4. One you have approved your proofs, stationery orders typically take 7 - 10 working days to complete. Favour orders normally take 7 working days, from confirmed acceptance of order and final price.
